Did you go into the control panel and calibrate them under Game Controllers?
I made some experiments and I discovered that:
1) In Mame32 I cannot use Sidewinder Profiles (to capture the keyboard values). In fact using a profile to remap the keyboard on my game-pad produces the only effect to have no direction at all, but only the fire-buttons working
2) Using only one game-pad makes it working perfectly (with his own diagonal directions at its right place!!!). If I reconnect the second game-pad, the diagonal directions disappear. Yesterday I tried to connect one game-pad on the standard game-port and the other on the USB Hub but the problem with the diagonal directions remains.
: Yes I did, I calibrated the two game-pads and I set them with the correct IDs: (1 and 2). I tried to connect one game-pad to the standard game-port instead of the USB one, but the diagonal directions problem is still existing. When I play games outside Mame32, the two game-pads work fine, without any problem in the diagonal direction.
