Unfortunately, I'm not behind my monitor right now, and I haven't spend much time on it yet. I am at work looking at the manual I just found. You should see the following inputs (in this order):

RED
GREEN
BLUE
GROUND
+V SYNC
+H SYNC
GROUND
-V SYNC
-H SYNC

You should be able to connect the respective syncs individually. But, if you're going to use composite sync:

"COMPOSITE SYNC SHOULD BE APPLIED ONLY TO THE HORIZONTAL SYNC INPUT OF THE APPROPRIATE POLARITY." (according to the manual)

Simple enough, except for one thing:
Are we getting + or - signals from the VGA cable?
