: I have a HP 6630 with onboard video. I have tried a couple of different PCI cards and they seem to work fine. It makes the PCI card primary and works fine.
: Now I'm trying to use a SIS6326 card. I've tried two different brands. The computer recognizes it as a video card, and I get the initial HP logo screen when it boots, but then it locks up.
: I tried to force it into the CMOS setup (F1 at boot) but it starts to load and locks up.
: It only seems to be the SIS6326 cards. Anybody have any idea what the conflict might be? I've loaded the latest BIOS thinking that might be the problem.
: Nothing seems to wotk.
Did you disable the onboard video first? I once had a motherboard that didn't like a much better video card until I disabled the onboard video.
