What are my options for wiring up spinner/race wheel or trackball to my pc?

Hello everyone! Been in Maryland for 10 days but I'm back.

I have two arcade race wheels and two arcade trackballs I want to wire up so what are my options? Is Opti-Pac and Happs Interface Kit the only options available (no, not Hagstrom)? Is there a way to wire these devices to the guts of a mouse? Please help.
