MS Easyball Kids Trackball - in Pure DOS?

Has anyone been able to get this big yellow trackball working in dos? I just bought one used (no drivers) and thought it was just a serial mouse/trackball.

I have a regular serial trackball that was getting a little ragged. I swapped the connectors hoping that the Easyball would work - nope.

Haven't been able to track down the drivers for it yet either...let me know if you have them!
