I did some more testing and this is what I found.
All the drivers are up-to-date; sound card, game pad driver and Directx.
In POV mode, the POV works fine. The analog sticks only register up and left.
In digital mode, all the sticks (digital and analog) only register up and left. No down or right.
In both modes the analog sticks appear to calibrate in all directions. But, the digital test indicates that this is not quite true.
I have been in contact with the tech support people and will keep you posted if you are interested.
