I originally bought 2 ultimate sticks about 2 years ago when I had no idea what I wanted or needed. I figured the name said it all, ultimate must be the best. 3 months ago I ordered 2 WICO leaf sticks because a lot of people posted complaints about the clicking noise of the microswitch. They also reported that the leaf switches felt better. I tried both and put the ultimates in my cabinet for pretty much all the reasons Xiaou2 mentioned in his response. They felt better to me. The clicking is hardly noticable when installed in the cabinet with the music playing and the game sound volume. But if you want 2 brand new 8 way blue ball Wico sticks let me know. ;)
: Which is better, the Happ Ultimate, Super, or Competition Joystick?? I want a good 8 way that feels nice, good return to it, and has the arcade quality. Would any of these three do, or is one a serious 'no-no'??? Thanks for the help.
