Isolation Transformer and Wells Gardner U3000 monitor

I have acquired a 19" Wells Gardner U3000 monitor, and an isolation transformer and RF filter from an old cabinet. Apparently the U3000 doesn't require an isolation transformer, but I've read some things that suggest I use one anyways.

My question is, how do I wire this thing up? I need some kind of 3-pin plug to connect to the CN 101 connector on the monitor; I don't even know where I get that connector. Can anybody give me fairly detailed instructions on how to wire this thing together, or is there a resource online I can go to find this info?
