A while a go someone was looking for a rubber/plastic material for a control panel.

I came across this stuff from Pasti-Kote. It usually is a liquid used to dip tools into to give the handle a rubber grip surface.

I was in the hardware store and saw it a spray can type version (like spray paint).

You end up with a pretty smooth rubber surface. I was setting up a control panel an I used plexiglass and then painted the back side with high gloss spray paint. I was having a problem with it scratching off so i sprayed this stuff over the top (well backside) of the paint. It hardens nicely and won't crack or peel.

It came in blue, red, and I think yellow. It didn't really matter for me because the only color that would show through was my high gloss paint. It could be used for the top surface of a control panel if someone was interested.

I bought some at Lowes (like Home Depot) in the spray paint / adhesive section.

Thought it might come in handy for other projects.
