A Barrier Strip can be purchased at Radio Shack (or any Elctronics store). It is a strip that has Two Columns of screws kinda like this
Column A x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/
Column B x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/
So you screw the Lead from your button to say the first position in column A Then you screw The wire coming from your I/O Header into position 1 of Column B and so one and so forth. When you get one in your hands (a barrier strip) it wil make more sense to you than my lame diagram
