Did this monitor work okay before connecting it to a PC? Does the monitor have the hue if you unplug the video cable? You may just need to adjust the colors. Load up a game that has a color bar in the test mode, like Ghouls & Ghosts. Go to the color test screen. On the back of the monitor, there's a couple different adjustments for red, green and blue. They may both be on the neck board, or one on the neck and the other down with the vertical hold, size and all those. One set is called drive. I forget what the other set is called, maybe levels. Start with the levels set. Turn the pots for red, green and blue all the way down. Then, turn red up until the darkest red on the color bars is just barely visable. Repeat for green and blue. If it isn't fixed that way, try adjusting the drives.

: Well I've almost finished my PC 2 Jamma project, and I get the image on the monitor, but every thing has a blue tint. Could this be because I might be using a video card not compatible with a arcade monitor? Has anyone else come across anything like this??
