My arcade monitor also has seperate H&V pins on the video board,of which the now disconnected JAMMA was only using one.So when I connected my PC video cable direct,(I'm not using fingerboards at all) I twisted H&V as one to the H pin. Works perfect.Got the idea from B.Lewis' PC2JAMMA monitors section .Try it,it won't hurt anything monitorwise.Why it works is another question,as a matter of fact it's the only way mine works,as I tried all the other sensible combinations.Good luck.
