: Anyone has any experience with connecting a pc-motherboard to the power-outlet that already is in the cabinet ? Mine has +5, -5, +12, -12, +8 and +150 V...

: Can a pc-motherboard safely be connected to this power-source, or do I have to use a std. pc-powersource ?

I would definetely be cautious about doing this. I would also check with a voltmeter to verify that all the voltages are exactly as you have said, and no more than +/- 0.15 volts from that. I think any more than that and you might start overheating and/or underpowering components. You might also want to verify that all the outputs are at least 50-100 watts minimum to sufficiently power everything.

(shameless plug also :) )
