Yep, its a common problem, DOS stuff sure is a nightmare for people who don't know much about..
You are missing EMM386.exe from your config.sys
Add these two lines to your config.sys, at the very top.
C:\DOS\HIMEM.SYS
C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE
If you are using Windows DOS then change to the following:
C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\HIMEM.SYS
C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\EMM386.EXE
