Only a very few videocards have support for 24/25khz at the moment.
Voodoo Banshee/Voodoo3
Matrox G400
SIS6326/SIS300 and other SIS cards
Cirrus Logic Laguna
S3 Savage 3D or something like that.
ArcadeOS only uses 15khz, AdvanceMAME I believe now supports all of VSYNCMAME drivers, so the following cards above do 25khz, I believe currently *no* ATI cards support 24/25khz.
MonARC May or May not support 25khz oneday.
